Our client splits it business up into core areas, you will work alongside & report into the HR BP who partners one core area, made up of around 300 headcount. This is HUGE opportunity to work in a traditional advisor/BP model, where you will be able to expose your talent & have real ownership of your business area and success within that. A true generalist role, where no two days are the same. You will get involved in a wide range of people activity all sitting under - People analytics, Projects, Stakeholder Management, Learning and Development and Employee Relations. We are looking to attract CIPD Level 3 or higher qualified candidates, who have a proven track record operating at advisory level. You need to be an innovative thinker and solutions focused.
