SF Recruitment are partnering with a business in Long Eaton that are about to experience huge amounts of growth in 2025 and is looking for a Temporary HR Specialist to support their current HR Manager with the workload. This is due to start in December and set to run until their new financial year in April where it will be reviewed. 

You will act as the first line support providing an excellent customer centric service to people and people managers, ensuring enhancement to HR processes and initiatives for effective and efficient HR operations and service delivery.

Full Time, 2 days working from home. 

£15,00 - £16.45 per hour dependant on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Production of employment contracts
  • Liaison with onboarding candidates
  • Pre-employment screening process
  • Workforce administration and employee lifecycle duties
  • Maintain employee records and collate data for payroll
  • Ownership of HR data accuracy
  • Maintain relevant HR trackers
  • Process employee notification of absence & obtain relevant documentation
  • Manage leave balance within systems
  • Responsible for benefits administration

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in HR, recruitment experience
  • Strong understanding of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
