Interim HR Advisor FTC 6-9 months Full Time - 9am-5pm Nottingham - Hybrid Up to £35,000SF Recruitment is excited to be exclusively partnering with an organisation in need of an experienced HR Advisor. You will become part of a small, supportive HR team, assisting over 200 employees. This vacancy has arisen due to positive internal movement, creating a gap in support for day-to-day HR operations. You will support the whole employee life cycle such as - being back up support to the recruitment team, onboarding, advising on policies, handling casework including solely handling exits, TUPE transitions, supporting and coaching managers, HR reporting and elements of training. We are seeking candidates with a few years of experience at the HR Advisor level. Ideally, you will be CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified, or working towards this qualification. TUPE experience would be a significant advantage. You must be self-motivated, capable of problem-solving, and ready to take ownership of tasks independently.
