Interim Senior HR Advisor/Junior Business Partner 12 months FTC Nottinghamshire - hybrid flexible working Full Time (4 day week FTE considered) Up to £40,000 plus benefits SF Recruitment are excited to be working with a fabulous client, who have around 800 headcount. They are currently looking to attract a resilient & outgoing HR professional, you need to be experienced and confident HR Advisor, who is keen to work in a Junior Business Partnering model. This role will join their friendly people team made up of HR, Recruitment and L&D for 12 months to cover MAT leave. This role will partner one division of the business, supporting mainly from an operational angle working closely with key stakeholders covering - employee relations, training development plans, succession plans, lead change management and business improvement projects and much more. You need to have a proven HR generalist background, and thrive in a high change demanding environment. You need to be happy to get hands on and be proactive!
