Part time HR Advisor position 3 days per week in the office 23 hours per week based in Nottingham. This role would be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday working.

My client is a large retail organisation who are looking for a permanent part time HR Advisor to work 3 days per week based in Nottingham NG17.

Description

  • Provide HR advice to line managers and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
  • Implement HR policies and processes within the organisation.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to develop strategies for recruitment, training, and development.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Support the implementation of new HR systems or initiatives.
  • Participate in HR projects as needed.
  • Report to and collaborate closely with the HR Manager.

Profile

  • Experience working in HR as a HR Coordinator or part time HR Advisor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Can handle confidential information securely
  • Can multi task
  • Proficiency with HR databases and Microsoft Office
  • Can commute to Nottingham NG17 3 times per week
