Established business in Nottingham looking to recruit a Senior HR Operations AdvisorYour new roleThe HR Operations Advisor will provide comprehensive HR support within the HR Shared Service Centre. This role involves managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies, and delivering high-quality service to employees and managers.

  • HR Process Management:Oversee and execute HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and benefits administration.
  • Case Management:Handle employee queries and issues through a case management system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Compliance:Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Reporting:Prepare and analyse HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support decision-making.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with other HR teams, including Payroll, Recruitment, and Employee Relations, to provide seamless HR services.
  • Continuous Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ideally, experience of working in a HRSS environment
  • Customer service orientation
  • Be a self-starter
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Employment law knowledge
