Service Desk Analyst ā€“ 4 Month Contract ā€“ Nottingham ā€“ Inside IR35

VIQU has partnered with an organisation based in Nottingham, who are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide 1stĀ and 2ndĀ Line BAU Support.

The successful Service Desk Analyst will join a busy team, providing both remote and onsite support to a large user base.Ā 

Role responsibilities for the Service Desk Analyst:

  • Provide 1stĀ and 2ndĀ Line support on the Service Desk
  • Troubleshooting and solving hardware & software issues, escalating where necessary
  • Provide excellent customer service both remotely and deskside

Key Skills and experience:

  • Experience as a Service Desk Analyst / within 1stĀ and 2ndĀ Line Support
  • Windows 10 / 11 Administration and Support
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, OneDrive
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Microsoft Intune would be beneficial
  • Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of ITIL
