- Managing the customer support experience within agreed SLAs and KPIs
- Following standard processes and procedures
- Inputting all customer interaction within company systems
- Owning customer issues through to full resolution within agreed customer service level agreements and KPIs
- Maintaining agreed SLAs within the escalation process, seeing through to satisfactory completion as required
- Demonstrating a strong and clear understanding of contractual obligations
- Maintaining strong working relationships with contractual customers and internal/external stakeholders
- Any other duties as required
- Good working knowledge of MS Office packages and office systems
- Proven customer support experience
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Must have the ability initiative to resolve problems
