Their development team is ever growing and with the nature of what they do, their Data analytics department is crucial to what they do. As the team grows, the need for support is also essential to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently that's where you come in…

What will you be doing?..

SQL is key to this role, the product is built on it so your day to day will involve SQL queries to create reports, retrieve data from Databases and manipulate data. Alongside that providing 1st line support to client and running client workshops to understand the requirements they have. This is a client facing role so customer facing soft skills are essential to you being a success.

What you will need…

  • An understanding of SQL, preferably with commercial experience (training will be provided though).
  • Solid experience of working with various database tools.
  • Experience within an IT support environment on the 1st line, preferably app support.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a customer facing capacity.

It would be nice to have…

  • An IT related degree.
  • Experience having ran customer workshops to understand requirements
  • Application support on bespoke SQL based products.
  • Good experience with Excel.
