We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer who has built software products. We're looking to enhance our technology products with advanced AI solutions. In this role, you will bridge AI research and practical application, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI features that elevate user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Integration: Develop and embed AI models into our products, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Research and Development: Stay abreast of emerging AI trends, evaluating and implementing technologies that align with our strategic goals.
- Product Innovation: Identify and prototype AI-driven features to meet evolving business and user needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and learning specialists to ensure seamless AI integration.
- Communication: Translate complex AI concepts for diverse stakeholders and provide training to enhance team proficiency in AI technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience integrating AI models into software products.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures.
- Software development skills such as Node, React, AWS, GraphQL etc, ideally.
