Your Role:

As our Network Engineer, you'll be the backbone of our enterprise networks, ensuring they are robust, secure, and future-proof. You'll work closely with industry leaders to design and implement network solutions that not only meet but exceed the needs of major automobile companies. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, leading technical research and analysis, and driving continuous improvement in our network infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

  • Design & Configure: Lead the charge in architecting enterprise networks, from subnetting to installation, ensuring seamless integration with other departments.
  • Secure & Monitor: Configure routers, switches, and firewalls to the highest security standards, while proactively monitoring all network devices to guarantee maximum uptime and performance.
  • Innovate & Improve: Stay ahead of the curve by researching new technologies, recommending cost-effective solutions, and developing implementation plans to support network growth and security enhancements.
  • Lead & Resolve: Take ownership of complex technical issues, providing rapid, thorough solutions while delivering exceptional customer service and regularly reporting project status to management.
  • Resilient & Reliable: Develop and implement robust backup and recovery systems to ensure our networks are always operational.

Your Expertise:

Do you have over 7 years of experience in enterprise environments, with a deep understanding of Cisco networking equipment and a range of other networking devices? Are you a CCNP-certified professional with a strong grasp of routing protocols like BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF? If you're proficient in MS Office and Visio, have an eye for detail, and can tackle challenges with urgency and precision, you might just be the person we're looking for.
