The Project Manager Role:

My client, a leading organisation in Nottingham, is looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
You'll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful implementation of Salesforce solutions that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Lead and manage Salesforce projects from inception to completion
Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and objectives
Oversee risk management, budgets, and resource allocation
Ensure alignment with business goals and best practices
Champion Agile and Waterfall methodologies where appropriate
Potential for future growth and development to Senior as the team grows

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering Salesforce projects - this is essential
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to navigate complex project landscapes with multiple moving parts
Financial Services experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
Hold relevant professional project management qualifications such as PMP, Prince 2 etc
