About the IT Project Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of key technology projects across the organisation. This is a pivotal role where you will manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager
- Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and finalise IT projects within scope, budget, and time lines.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project life-cycle.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance project management methodologies and best practices
As the IT Project Manager you'll possess:
- Experience: Proven experience as an IT Project Manager
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
- Education: Ideally already hold relevant project qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or similar.
- Personal Attributes: Analytical mind set, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to challenges.
