e are looking to recruit an exceptional Project Manager. The individual will be responsible for managing a team of 6 Project Co-ordinators within the Projects department who are responsible for multi-technology, equipment projects and high-quality solutions, from order through to successful delivery and installation.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Effective management of the project team, ensuring on time delivery of bespoke installations
Purchasing responsibilities for project parts and supplies
Continuous development of all current processes and operations
Development and coaching of the project team
Collaboration with commercial teams

The essential requirements of the job include:

Strong experience in a customer fulfilment position
The ability to manage a team of Project Coordinators fulfilling technical projects from order to payment
People leadership experience able to coach and develop teams
Data analysis and KPI management
Commercial acumen
