e are looking to recruit an exceptional Project Manager. The individual will be responsible for managing a team of 6 Project Co-ordinators within the Projects department who are responsible for multi-technology, equipment projects and high-quality solutions, from order through to successful delivery and installation.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Effective management of the project team, ensuring on time delivery of bespoke installations
  • Purchasing responsibilities for project parts and supplies
  • Continuous development of all current processes and operations
  • Development and coaching of the project team
  • Collaboration with commercial teams

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Strong experience in a customer fulfilment position
  • The ability to manage a team of Project Coordinators fulfilling technical projects from order to payment
  • People leadership experience able to coach and develop teams
  • Data analysis and KPI management
  • Commercial acumen
