Description

  • The IT Desktop Support Analyst role will provide first-line and second-line support to internal users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Escalate complex IT issues to senior team members as needed.
  • Conduct routine checks and maintenance of PCs, laptops and peripheral devices.
  • Install and configure new IT equipment and software.
  • Contribute to IT-related projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and equipment.
  • Assist in training staff on the use of software and hardware.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures.

Profile

As the successful candidate for the IT Desktop Support Analyst role, you should have experience at a 2nd Line level in:

  • Windows 11
  • Office365
  • Active Directory
  • PC/laptop break-fix
  • SCCM and/or InTune

In addition, you will ideally have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A customer-focused approach, with the ability to explain technical information in a non-technical way.
