IT Support Technician - Pinxton - Hybrid (2 Days from Home) - £30-35k

We're looking for an IT Support Technician to keep systems running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, supporting staff both remotely and on-site. From setting up new users to rolling out new technology, this is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

This is a hybrid role based in the Pinxton area, working Monday to Friday, 9-5, with two days from home. £30-35k DOE. 25 days holiday, Pension and Parking

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications
  • Providing support in a face-to-face capacity, over the phone or via remote desktop software
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Supporting the roll-out of new hardware and applications
  • Setting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues

We need someone with at least 3 years' experience in IT support, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. Technical knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Cisco networking is essential. A driving licence is required for occasional site visits.
