SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Learning and Development Administrator for one of their clients based in Nottingham City Centre.
This is an on-going temporary assignment. The client are rapidly growing and experiencing successful, continued growth across all areas within the business. This is a key role for the business and requires someone who can hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, a passion for learning, and a proactive attitude to ensure the smooth operation of training events and employee development activities. The Learning and Development Administrator will be instrumental in managing training records, scheduling sessions, and providing support to employees and facilitators.
Day to day duties will include:
Administrative tasks supporting all onboarding, HR and Recruitment
Reference checks - chasing where required
System updates and reporting
Data Entry
Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, seminars, and e-learning activities.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of training materials and resources.
Track attendance and maintain training records for employees.
Ensure timely communication with employees and managers about training opportunities and program updates.
Manage and update employee profiles in the Learning Management System.
Assist with uploading and organising course materials, modules, and assessments on the LMS platform.
Provide technical support to employees accessing online learning platforms.
It is essential you have previous experience within a administrative role.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm
Hourly Rate: £12.00 - £13.00 per hour
