Handling and settling domestic and commercial Subsidence claims
Interpreting data, investigations and repair schedules
Keeping the policy holder up to date with any progression on their claim
Providing a first-class service to create the best customer journey possible

Skills & Requirements:

Experienced Subsidence Claims Handler
Cradle to grave claims handling experience is imperative
Proactive, with the ability to work with initiative
Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs are met
