Are you an experienced Brokerage Officer with a proven track record in brokering services for adults aged 65+? Do you excel in coordinating residential and nursing care home placements, ensuring person-centered care and compliance with the Care Act 2014?

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and securing appropriate care home placements.
  • Negotiating cost-effective care packages while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Liaising with care providers and stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines and safeguarding policies.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in adult social care, specifically brokering for 65+ residential and nursing care.
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant systems (e.g., Mosaic, Framework-I) and legislation (Care Act 2014, DoLS).
  • A compassionate, person-centered approach to care coordination.
