Description
- Issue invoices to customers
- Issue monthly customer statements
- Update customer files with issued invoices
- Process credit memos
- Update the customer master file with contact changes
- Perform a monthly reconciliation of billed and unbilled revenue
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Assist in month-end closing
Profile
A successful Billing Clerk should have:
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant accounting software
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent numeracy skills
Job Offer
- An annual salary of around £26,000
- Monday - Friday working hours, 37.5 per week (normal office hours)
