The role of Protection Advisor involves providing business owners with advice on various protection products such as Shareholders Protection and Key Person Cover.
The position offers a salary package of up to £30,000 basic with an OTE of £90,000 and up to 25% commission, along with performance-related bonuses.
Candidates are required to have at least 2 years of experience in offering protection advice and must hold RO5 or CeMAP qualifications.
The role allows for remote or hybrid working options and requires strong relationship-building skills and a proactive mentality.
Responsibilities include recommending life and health insurance, writing protection cases, and closing business deals.

Our clients are offering an employed opportunity, with the role consisting of offering business owners advice on Shareholders Protection, Key Person Cover, Debt protection, and Income and Life protection. Our clients work with a range of lead providers and are directly authorized, therefore, they can offer whole of market advice.

Salary package on offer for the role of Protection Advisor:

Up to £30,000 Basic Salary (DOE)
OTE £90,000
Up to 25% commission
Other performance-related bonuses
All leads provided
Admin Support

Working Hours

Remote or Hybrid working – depending on location and experience
Monday – Friday 9 am – 6 pm

Protection Advisor requirements:

2 years of experience in offering protection Advice
RO5 or CeMAP qualifications
Strong relationship builder
Ability to offer advice and close for business.
Proactive and driven mentality
