They believe in their people; they encourage autonomy to meet goals and offer career progression and opportunities to develop and excel.About the RoleAs a Graduate Systems Integration Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting the design and implementation of innovative automation solutions for clients. You will work closely with senior engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesThroughout each project you will assist senior engineers in the design and development of automation solutions, supporting with providing technical insight and solution development. Participating in design reviews and providing technical input will be a large part of this role. Making sure the client is updated and ensuring the project is meeting timescales and specifications throughout. You will then be responsible for the creation and execution of test plans, continuous improvement and defect resolution until the close of the project. Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics), Mathematics or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in software tools - Solidworks and AutoCAD
  • Knowledge or experince of automation systems and/or robotics (preferred).
  • Full UK Driving License
  • A strong interest in automation and technology.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
