  • Checking and replenishing inventory, liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes and price comparisons to ensure best value for money and most efficient lead times
  • Inputting new stock items and locations on the MRP system or Excel
  • Performing weekly counts on maintenance stock items to a high degree of accuracy and inputting detailed records of all counts
  • Picking of stock and kitting of parts – this will include receiving deliveries
  • Working closely with maintenance and PPM teams to obtain projected usage levels and making sure there is a constant stock supply in line with project requirements
Warehouse AdministratorEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Must have experience with Excel (V-lookups, Pivot table, SumIf minimum)
  • Proven experience within a stores/warehouse environment or procurement experience
  • Engineering and manufacturing experience (Advantageous but not essential)
