Financial Services Administrator – Nationwide Offices – £25,000 - £30,000Chase & Holland are thrilled to be recruiting for a fantastic UK-wide organisation who are looking to recruit a Financial Services Administrator. This is an organisation that is proud to deliver financial services to customers. We’re looking for an Administrator to join on a full-time permanent basis. You will primarily be responsible for supporting the organisation with all associated administration.In Return You’ll Receive

Financial Services Administrator Responsibilities:
  • Checking and processing all new business applications and associated paperwork
  • Conducting electronic identity data verification of clients
  • Chasing new business applications
  • Supporting advisers with appropriate management of clients’ cash holdings on provider platforms
  • Maintaining and creating accurate and up-to-date client and plan records on Intelligent Office
  • Managing and completing all relevant tasks assigned and other support team members
  • Assisting in the provision of quotations and other relevant paperwork
  • Receiving incoming telephone calls, dealing or redirecting as appropriate
  • Receiving and dealing with incoming documentation or correspondence
  • Responding promptly to queries from clients, providers, and advisers
  • Completion of other reasonable duties as required by SLT
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Basic knowledge of FCA rules and guidance
  • Proven experience in a similar role
