- Managing and completing all relevant tasks assigned and other support team members
- Assisting in the provision of quotations and other relevant paperwork
- Receiving incoming telephone calls, dealing or redirecting as appropriate
- Receiving and dealing with incoming documentation or correspondence
- Responding promptly to queries from clients, providers, and advisers
- Completion of other reasonable duties as required by SLT
