Multi Tradesperson Required
We are looking for a Multi-tradesperson to undertake a wide range of maintenance works in domestic properties, to include decoration, joinery and general maintenance and repairs.
The role is initially for 3 months with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
32 days holiday per year
39 hours per week, 1 in 4 weekends
Role Specific Requirements:
- Required checks EL1 or EL2
- Due to security vetting, candidates must have at least 3 years of continuous residency within the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property
- Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace in accordance with company policy
- Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales.
- Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Co-ordination Team
- To comply with relevant company Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directives
- To deliver fabric repairs in both occupied and void properties
- To undertake out of hours call out duties as per rota requirements
Qualifications:
- Time served apprenticeship in a relevant trade
- City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in joinery or similar discipline
- Current full UK driving licence

- Basic numeracy and literacy skills

- Minor plastering - Desirable

- Ability to use PDA device
- Good awareness and understanding of personal health and safety , method statements and risk assessments
Experience:
