About the Role

As an Assistant Town Planner, you will work closely with senior planners and directors on a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You will play a key role in preparing planning applications, conducting research, and engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

? Assisting in the preparation of planning applications, reports, and appeals? Conducting site appraisals and research to support planning projects? Engaging with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders? Keeping up to date with planning policies and regulations? Supporting senior team members on a range of development projects

About You

?? A degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning, Geography, or a related discipline?? Working towards RTPI accreditation (or recently achieved it)?? Strong research, analytical, and report-writing skills?? Excellent communication and organisational abilities?? A passion for planning and the built environment
