What We're Looking For
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited preferred, but not essential)
- A genuine interest in the planning and development sector
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of planning applications, appeals, and appraisals
- Conducting research on local planning policies and site constraints
- Supporting public consultations and stakeholder engagement
- Drafting reports, statements, and correspondence under supervision
- Attending site visits, planning committee meetings, and public examinations
