About the Role

The company provides full support towards RTPI accreditation, offering a structured APC training programme, hands-on experience, and mentorship from industry professionals.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI accredited preferred, but not essential)

  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation of planning applications, appeals, and appraisals
  • Conducting research on local planning policies and site constraints
  • Supporting public consultations and stakeholder engagement
  • Drafting reports, statements, and correspondence under supervision
  • Attending site visits, planning committee meetings, and public examinations
