The work on a diverse range of property related services across a various sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, and mixed-use developments and strategic planning.
Role of a Senior Town Planner
- Manage and contribute to a range of planning projects.
- Prepare, submit, and oversee planning applications and appeals.
- Conduct site appraisals, research, and analysis to inform planning advice.
- Engage with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to provide expert guidance.
- Stay up to date with relevant planning legislation and policy changes.

Essential Requirements as a Senior Town Planner
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI-accredited preferred).
- Full membership or progress toward membership with the RTPI.
- Proven experience in a planning role, ideally within consultancy or local authority.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
