The client provides expert planning advice across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, supporting private and public sector clients in achieving successful outcomes

The Position as a Senior Town Planner

As a Senior Town Planner, you will manage a variety of planning applications and appeals, offering strategic guidance to clients and ensuring smooth project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a reputable consultancy and make a meaningful impact on urban and rural planning projects.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner

  • Be MRTPI or working towards
  • Demonstrate previous consultancy experience
  • Be competent and experienced in dealing with a varied workload of multiple projects.
  • Have excellent presentation and project delivery skills
  • Be a good team player with the ability to work under own initiative
  • Demonstrate the ability to motivate and manage others in the team to achieve / exceed agreed targets
