The client is a leading independent planning consultancy in the UK, seeking an experienced Senior Town Planner for their Nottingham office.
The position requires candidates to have previous consultancy experience and ideally be MRTPI or working towards it, with a focus on managing various planning applications and appeals.

The Position as a Senior Town Planner

As a Senior Town Planner, you will manage a variety of planning applications and appeals, offering strategic guidance to clients and ensuring smooth project delivery. Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner

Be MRTPI or working towards
Demonstrate previous consultancy experience
Be competent and experienced in dealing with a varied workload of multiple projects.
Have excellent presentation and project delivery skills
Be a good team player with the ability to work under own initiative
Demonstrate the ability to motivate and manage others in the team to achieve / exceed agreed targets
