My client, a friendly Town Planning Consultancy, is looking for a Dynamic Town Planner to join team in Nottingham. They specialise in tailored planning solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

The Position as a Town Planner

Manage a diverse portfolio of planning projects across various sectors.
Provide expert advice to clients on planning applications, appeals, and policy matters.
Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals, including liaising with local authorities.
Conduct site appraisals and contribute to the formulation of development strategies.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Town Planner

RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
Chartered Member of the RTPI (working towards)
Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
Demonstrable previous experience.
Have a genuine interest and enthusiasm in planning.
