Our client, a multi-award-winning Architectural Consultancy, is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their Nottingham team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled and creative individual to contribute to innovative projects across a variety of sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Education.
As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed working drawings, coordinating technical information, and contributing to planning applications. This role offers exposure to a wide range of small- to large-scale developments, ensuring variety and professional growth.
Architectural Technologist Job Overview
- Assist in the preparation of detailed working drawing packages
- Coordinate technical information across various projects
- Prepare and contribute to planning drawings for applications
- Work closely with the Design and Technical teams to develop project solutions
- Attend site visits and liaise with external consultants as required
- Use Revit as a core design tool daily
Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
- Based in or around Nottingham
- Relevant Degree Qualified
- Proficient in Revit with a strong understanding of technical detailing
- Highly motivated with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities
- Full UK driving license required
- Job Running experience
- Excellent client facing experience
Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
- Holiday: 21 days + bank holidays + Christmas break
