Service Care Solutions is currently working on behalf of a community-focused local authority, based in Nottinghamshire, which is in need of an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their team. The successful candidate must be willing to attend hearings and come into the office when required.

ROLE: Adult Social Care Lawyer

RATE: £50-£60ph LTD

CONTRACT LENGTH: 3 months rolling

LOCATION: Nottinghamshire - hybrid

Key Responsibilities to the Adult Social Care Lawyer role

  • Provide legal advice on complex issues related to Adult Social Care
  • Represent the council in court and tribunals
  • Draft legal documents and contracts
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years of PQE in Adult Social Care law
  • Experience in representing clients in court and tribunals
  • Ideally someone who has worked for a public sector organisation within an Adult Social Care legal team
