My client is a top tier UK law firm, and they are looking to bring in a defendant clinical negligence associate for their Nottingham office. Both defendant and claimant solicitors are encouraged to apply.   The role has come about due to recent, continued growth and you will predominantly be acting for NHSR and private providers. You will be handling your own caseload of fast track and multi-track matters, as well as assisting Partners on their high value caseload well into the millions.   You will also have the opportunity to specialise in a specific area of Clinical Negligence. For example, if you have a particular interest in birth injury you will be encouraged to pursue this area and work alongside other specialist lawyers learning from their experience.  This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced claimant solicitor wanting to move over to a defendant role.   The ideal candidate will be 4 years + PQE with previous clinical negligence experience. Salary will be £70,000 DOE. WFH pattern is 2 days in the office and 3 days WFH (attending court will be a day in the office).  They have a host of great benefits you'd expect from a top tier firm such as 25 days AL plus Christmas shut down, health and dental insurance, car scheme, life assurance 3* salary to name a few. They are constantly ranking high publications such as 'Roll on Friday' which is voted for by employees.  If you’d like to discuss the role in more detail, please get in touch.  Â
