Our client, a leading full-service UK law firm, is seeking a talented Corporate/Real Estate Tax Associate/Director to join their exceptional team. This is an exciting opportunity for a specialist tax solicitor with upwards of 2 years' PQE to work alongside respected experts in the field.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, restructuring, SDLT, VAT, and employment taxes for a diverse range of clients, including well-known household names, charities, universities, and private individuals.
