The team acts for clients who have lack of capacity because of mental health, learning difficulties and dementia.THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will be sensitive and empathic, with at least 3 years PQE as a Court of Protection Lawyer. You will demonstrate a flexible, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop as part of a close-knit team.
