The Role

As a member of the expanding family law team, you will manage a diverse caseload, focusing on high-net-worth divorce and financial remedy cases, children’s law, and preventative work. Additionally, you will handle international cases, TOLATA matters, and injunctive relief, with opportunities to specialise further. You will also play a key role in business development and contribute to the team's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a varied caseload, including divorce, financial remedies, Children Act matters, and pre-nuptial agreements.
  • Collaborate with Partners to advance cases and support team growth.
  • Attract new clients and drive business development.
  • Provide exceptional client care and maintain professional relationships.
  • Ensure high-quality service and contribute to the team’s overall performance.

About you

  • Experience in divorce, financial remedy proceedings, and Children Act matters, with a focus on high-net-worth cases.
  • Strong technical knowledge of family law, with an interest in specialising further.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive in business development and teamwork.
  • Degree-level law qualification (essential).
