Now, they are looking to expand their Family Law team and are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Family Solicitor with between NQ and 3 years of post-qualification experience to join their team in Nottingham.About the Role:As a Family Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload across both contentious and non-contentious family matters. You will work on a wide range of issues, including:
  • Divorce and separation
  • Child arrangements and parental responsibility disputes
  • Financial settlements and property issues
  • Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
  • Domestic abuse cases
  • Cohabitation disputes
You’ll have the chance to work with a supportive team of family law specialists, offering clear, compassionate, and practical advice to clients during difficult times. The firm’s multi-site setup means you’ll benefit from a collaborative environment where you can connect with colleagues across various offices, share knowledge, and continue developing your skills.You:You are a Family Solicitor with up to 3 years of PQE and a passion for family law. You’re someone who enjoys helping clients navigate complex, often sensitive matters and are looking to build your expertise in this rewarding area of law. You:
  • Have experience or a keen interest in handling a wide range of family law issues
  • Are organised and able to manage a varied caseload with ease
  • Have excellent communication skills and are client-focused, with a natural ability to build rapport
  • Are proactive, eager to learn, and open to ongoing professional development
  • Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Pay attention to detail and strive for excellence in everything you do
