Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs), Deputyship Orders, and Probate. You will provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in private client law looking to further their career within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload encompassing a wide range of private client matters, including Wills, LPAs, Deputyship Orders, and Probate.
  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their interests are represented effectively.
  • Handle all aspects of file management, from initial client consultation to case resolution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to private client services.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
  • Maintain and build positive client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in private client law.
  • Proven track record in handling a variety of private client matters, including Wills, LPAs, Deputyship Orders, and Probate.
  • Ability to work independently with some supervision, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment in decision-making.
