With a major focus on business development as a primary objective, you will play a crucial role in developing a property litigation practice. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with the firm's property team to build relationships, secure work from current clients and contacts, and foster the growth of new connections.Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments on cases that demand insights from a Property Litigation perspective. In recent years, we've handled numerous high-profile property transactions.What will be expected from you?
  • At least 5 years PQE in Property Litigation and in-depth knowledge of a range of property litigation issues
  • Experience in restrictive covenant disputes
  • Adverse possession
  • Dilapidations
  • Access and boundary disputes
  • Commercial landlord & tenant
  • Good working knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
  • Execute a plan to build a successful property litigation practice
  • Seek out and develop new business opportunities through a variety of marketing and business development activities
  • Strong financial and commercial awareness – ensuring a profitable contribution to the team.
  • Strong academic qualifications
  • Able to prioritise and manage numerous tasks
