Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to manage a diverse range of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and leasehold transactions.   • Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to completion.
  • Providing clear, expert guidance to clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing.

  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communicating with external parties, including estate agents, clients, and third-party solicitors.
Is this the position for you?
  • At least 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Comprehensive understanding of property law and the conveyancing process
