  • The salary for this position is up to £45,000, depending on experience.

A leading Manufacturing client based in the NG9 area are seeking an experienced Quality Manager.

Duties:

  • Responsible for all quality concerns as they relate to sales and customer expectations.
  • Oversees the investigation of excursions in manufacturing or other related operations action.
  • Report the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions, testing analysis, KPIs), including the need for improvement.
  • Effectively manage Supplier Management program ensuring key suppliers are evaluated through risk assessment, audits
  • Develop and maintain Quality Control (QC) processes

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of CAPA.
  • Experience implementing ISO 9001 or 13485 Quality Management Systems.
  • Experience in auditing manufacturing processes, report writing and corrective action.
  • Knowledge of risk management, validations, design controls, process development, monitoring, statistical controls, and root cause analysis.
  • 5+ years’ experience working in a Manufacturing or Quality environment with Quality Management Systems standards and Regulatory Requirements.
