  • Certification & Compliance: Maintain AS9100, NADCAP, and customer approvals while ensuring adherence to industry and customer standards.
  • Quality Team Development: Coach, support, and grow the Quality team while driving improvements in Quality KPI performance.
  • Problem Resolution & Investigations: Lead investigations, apply quality tools, and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Stakeholder & Business Engagement: Represent Quality in meetings, present to senior management, and lead key BPD objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement & Calibration: Drive cross-functional projects, influence stakeholders, and coordinate the calibration process.
Quality ManagerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Project & Issue Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects and proactively resolving issues.
  • Quality Tools & Standards: Knowledge of RCA, quality tools, and industry standards like AS9100 Rev D.
  • Auditing & Compliance: Experience in auditing and defining quality objectives to drive improvements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
