- Processing Legal Aid applications and dealing with amendments
- Processing invoices in accordance with office procedures
- Online diary management, to include hearings, filing dates etc.
- Ensuring hearings/ meetings are flagged for allocation
- Chasing outstanding documents
- Drafting basic court documents and standard letters
- Setting up client appointments
- Liaising with clients, the courts, and other professionals both in person, by email, and by telephone
- Opening and closing physical files
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Previous experience within a Legal environment- desirable
- Previous Admin experience- essential
- Strong IT skills
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Able to prioritise workload
