Role Description: They are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Legal Secretary to support their Wills and Probate department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office, handling sensitive client matters, and assisting the legal team with administrative and secretarial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence related to Wills and Probate.
- Manage client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries for solicitors.
- Liaise with clients, providing exceptional service and communication.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, calls, and emails.
- Assist with billing and invoicing procedures.
- Conduct legal research and maintain updated client records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Wills and Probate.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal practice management software.
