Our client is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to become an integral part of their dynamic team. In this key role, you will deliver comprehensive administrative support to the firm's Property department, facilitating the seamless and efficient handling of residential property transactions.You will demonstrate a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Residential Property department and a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and terminology. The successful candidate will thrive under pressure, effectively manage priorities, and bring a proactive, adaptable approach to their work.   • Assisting conveyancing solicitors with administrative support for residential property matters.
  • Managing communications, including emails, calls, and client inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
  • Preparing key legal documents such as contracts, completion statements, and required forms.
  • Keeping client records and documentation well-organised and up to date.
  • Communicating with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties to facilitate transactions.
  • Providing exceptional service to clients and building strong professional relationships.
  • Handling general office tasks, including scanning, filing, photocopying, and occasional reception duties.
