With a client-focused approach, the firm offers clear and practical advice, ensuring a smooth and efficient property transaction process.Role Overview:The firm is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their dynamic property team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions, from instruction through to completion. You will work closely with solicitors, clients, and third parties to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of results.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and transfers of equity
  • Drafting contracts, transfer documents, and other legal documentation
  • Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders, and estate agents
  • Ensuring transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting solicitors with post-completion matters such as Land Registry registrations
  • Providing regular updates to clients and maintaining effective communication throughout the process
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Experience in residential conveyancing is essential
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations
  • Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
