- Managing a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and transfers of equity
- Drafting contracts, transfer documents, and other legal documentation
- Conducting property searches and liaising with clients, solicitors, mortgage lenders, and estate agents
- Ensuring transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Supporting solicitors with post-completion matters such as Land Registry registrations
- Providing regular updates to clients and maintaining effective communication throughout the process
- Experience in residential conveyancing is essential
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
