My client is a specialist residential and commercial conveyancing law firm, offering the highest level of service to their growing client base. They have a busy and industrious team who are in need additional support from a Senior Paralegal with at least 2 year's experience in residential conveyancing. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a thorough understanding of the conveyancing process. This role involves managing property transactions from start to finish, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing exceptional service to clients. The successful applicant will be adept at using MS Office and legal software to facilitate efficient communication and documentation.

The role will involve:

  • Managing all aspects of the conveyancing process for residential properties.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction.
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
  • Conducting property searches and liaise with local authorities to obtain necessary information.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations in all transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Providing timely updates to clients regarding the progress of their transactions.
  • Handling any queries or issues that may arise during the conveyancing process in a professional manner.

Qualifications/Skills required:

  • You should have at least 2 year's experience in residential conveyancing is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage own case load.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A solid understanding of IT systems relevant to the conveyancing process.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
