A superb opportunity has arisen at a Top 50 law firm for a Senior Associate to join the team in the Nottingham office. They are seeking an Associate to manage a case-load of Court of Protection (including some advocacy) and inquest matters primarily for the NHS, with opportunities to work for independent sector health and social care clients and local authorities as well. You’ll work in a team that provides a range of high-quality legal services on complex matters.

The ideal candidate would have experience relating to Court of Protection including health and welfare applications and s21AMCA 2005 challenges and/or serious medical treatment applications to the High Court. Experience in Advocacy and case management skills gained in Court of Protection or inquests, or other relevant setting would be advantageous and a good understanding of the NHS.
