Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join a well-known Estate Agency in Nottingham.
The role offers a basic salary of £30,000 with an OTE of £70,000, and leads will be provided by the agency.
Candidates must have a full CeMAP qualification and a minimum of 2 - 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with alternate Saturdays off in return for a lieu day.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, generating new business, and liaising with Estate Agency staff.

We are currently looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our clients, a locally recognised Estate Agency in Nottingham.

This is an extremely fast-paced office with excellent earning potential and leads will be provided by the Estate Agency team. The successful candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service with the ability to hit targets with full CeMAP and a minimum 2 - 3 years of previous experience.

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

£30,000 Basic salary
OTE £70,000
Leads and customer base provided.
Great bonuses

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm
Alternate Saturdays (lieu day in return).

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

Friendly and proactive manner
Full CeMAP Qualification
Full UK Driving license.
Minimum 2 - 3 years previous experience

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:

Liaising with Estate Agency staff to ensure effective referrals.
Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers in the branch
Chasing potential leads and generating new business
Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
